Women’s Wellbeing Community Circle

A reflective space for emotional wellbeing, self-connection and mutual support.

WOMEN'S SUPPORT CIRCLE

The Woman Behind the Nurturer

A gentle and compassionate exploration of your authentic self and emotional needs beyond the loving, caring, and nurturing roles you hold in life.

Women's Support Circle | A Community for Connection, Reflection & Mutual Support

As women, many of us carry responsibilities, expectations, and emotional burdens that can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from ourselves, sometimes without fully understanding why.

For generations, women have been expected to nurture, care, accommodate, and hold everything together. Somewhere along the way, patterns of people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and putting everyone else's needs first can become so familiar that we barely recognize the toll they take on our well-being.

Join us for a Women's Support Circle, a compassionate, judgment-free space to come together as women, share our real-life challenges, express our vulnerabilities, and support one another through genuine human connection.

This is not a space for unsolicited advice, professional promotion, or expectations to have everything figured out. It is a space to be heard, understood, and accepted.

Tears are welcome. Anger is welcome. Every emotion is welcome.

Sharing is always voluntary.

Reflecting, Reconnecting & Reimagining the Year Ahead

In our gatherings, we create space to reflect on our experiences and explore how patterns of people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and difficulty setting boundaries may have shaped our relationships and well-being.

Together, we reconnect with our own needs, values, and priorities, while learning from one another's experiences.

Together, we will begin to reimagine what healthier boundaries, self-respect, rest, and more fulfilling relationships could look like in the year ahead.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This is a peer-support and reflection gathering, not a therapy session. We are committed to creating a respectful, compassionate space where personal experiences are met without judgment, unsolicited advice, or professional solicitation. Participation and personal sharing are always voluntary, and we ask everyone to respect one another's privacy.

Hosted by Lux Hettiyadura

Lux Hettiyadura is an internationally recognized Child & Family Development Specialist whose work bridges developmental psychology, attachment, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation.

At the heart of her work is the understanding that our earliest relationships and experiences shape how we connect with others, express our emotions, and experience love throughout our lives. Lux explores how attachment patterns, emotional safety, family dynamics, and our relational environments influence the ways we give and receive love. Her approach moves beyond surface-level behaviours to explore the deeper developmental experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others.

Integrating insights from developmental science, coaching, and somatic practices, Lux helps individuals and families develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more conscious ways of relating. Her work invites us to recognize how our own patterns influence our relationships and how meaningful connection can be nurtured through awareness, understanding, and practice.
